Thinking of going to a psychiatrist after eapr

I got the E-Apr and done with my upfront medicals, I applied in June under CEC. I am under work pressure right now and get insomnia at night, might be a mental illness, can i visit a psychiatrist and update my medical file(CSR) while waiting for the process to complete

No need, why would you want to tell CIC this, when you have already submitted your file and medical was done before. Please do not create unnecessary complications for yourself and your file, This is no issue to be updating CIC about,

Visit and no need to notify them. Even in ppr email, they just want us to notify them about changes in family composition, and criminal charges, and nothing about health changes. I feel that the health check up they do more or less lock in date for our health assessment, and assessment freezes there.
