They want me send lots of docs via case specific enquiry in canada class sponsor

Hi dear forum members,

I have a question for my friend's family sponsorship application in Canada class.They want her and her husband send more proof of their relationship but the problem is they just give the info about sending them via Case Specific Enquiry. so they have lots of docs and pictures to send but that online option only you can send 3.5 MB in total so is there any other way like to mail these docs to their address ? Scan the documents on lower quality. Dont add lots and lots of photos, you can decrease the size to be KB by adding photos into word file and shrinking it down.

I read 4MB limit...

So make a word doc and import the pics and add captions. Then export to lower quality pdf.

Try compressing your pdf. No need to scan to a lower resolution, all over again.
If you use a Mac, it is easy to compress to under 4MB using Preview. I found a script to do it from Terminal on mine. Scanning over 30 pages of documents all over again is a lot of work, when there is the technology available for it
