They refused me, but did not write the reason??? Help!!!!

I got refusal today by poste, in envelope was:

1st - Page where they wrote that I am refused
2nd - Page was Official receipt which my friend pay online 150$ for me

On 1st page at the end they wrote:

"To help you understand my decision, the reason(s) are provided on the following pages."

But following pages was not in envelope...
I am confused! Please help me, what to do now.. Give me advise..

I think you should email them or call them and ask as it is very important for future reference.

The sooner you ask the better it will be for you.

I never heard that someone did not get the reason of refusal...
