The reason for rejection states

hello all,

Today one of my friend got rejected from CHC ND after submitting full documents.

He had submitted the following documents

1) Resume
2) job related papers
[offer letter,job duties and responsibilities explanation letter] total of 7 years of experience
NOC 0213
3)Salary slips of 6 months
4) transcripts
5) IELTS score 6.5
6) PP copy

rest of the important documents [But not incomplete document at all]

The reason for rejection states .

"We reviewed your complete application and the supporting documents which you have sent for 0213 NOC however we are not satisfied with the documents which were sent as supporting documents along with the file as such we are not satisfied that you have a 1 year of contineous work experience in the NOC you have applied for as such we are rejecting your application of PR under FSW 1"

"There was no verification or anything done or anybody got a call from the ND office since the manager from whome he got the documents for sending as a proof was completely aware of the process"

So guys plan your move with extra caution as the game is becoming tougher and tougher

Thats sad. Can you elaborate on it that what was the status of application online. When did he apply

0213 is manager IT as far as I remember. Did his documentation prove that he worked (through designation or explanation of duties) that he performed as a manager for at least one year.

They may not be refuting his experience just that he has not been continously working as one.

I applied in 0213 and was concerned for a lot of time as I had just completed my designation for 1 year. I was playing the role earlier but not designated as such. IT is definitely a saturated field as far as immigration goes.

Due to overload the VO/IO are not looking at the files carefully and thats for sure. Can you share the ecas status was it received by visa office or it was In Process ?

Its very unpredictable now with CHC ND.

Sorry to hear about this.

Did your friend show that s/he had one year of managerial experience, not just 7 years of experience?

Did s/he take any break during that time s/he was a manager?

This is quite sad.

Is ECAS status ever showing like: Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete in your case??????

Yes SDESAI1981 it's showing as visa office eligibility review complete.................... Even after he has got a leter from chc ND.......

Any By the way Rupeshhari all the experience letters and the recent work and job letters are for manager experience and something very very close to 0213 and there was no break in the work nothing of that sort.........

It means i am expecting Rejection soon as my ECAS showing as Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete and i have seen all members rejection ECAS status are same as mine. Do they send whole file back with all stuff or they only send some of docs (originals only). Also i am assuming it is eligible for refund.
Can you please confirm what is coming up on ECAS when you login and once you click on that please.

i am really not sure about this since im his case he had not sent any originals apart from the funds proof letter and PCC.So i am not sure if they are going to return the PCC and fund proof letter from bank will keep u informed if there are more letters from CHC ND

Can you please provide full ECAS status if possible onces you click on Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete.......

When i log in to ECAS after submitting full docs in october to london CHC it's come up : visa office eligibility review complete (not even received by visa office or your application & supporting docs received by visa office and pending for review or review completed...etc)

When i click on Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete it display following:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 17, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

Please let me know if he eligible for refund or not.

and added this line when you click on it: We transferred your application to the London England office on June 17, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
It was never to Received by Visa Office which was in your frined case, is this true?
Can you please let me know whether they have returned all docs with rejection letter or not when you find out please.
