I have a WP based on LMIA, and I went to the border to get it.
After working one-year full time, I applied for PR through the EE and recently received the invitation under CEC.
I had a reference letter from my previous employer while applying for LMIA+WP. The letter is entirely in the CIC format except for the letterhead. In addition to that, my job was a cash paid part-time job.
I was planning to get a more professional one, with the letterhead, for my PR application, but my previous employer said that he bankrupted due to the Covid-19 and the place passed into other hands.
In short, I only have the old letter, and it's my only proof.
Could someone please tell me how I can strengthen my case or what I should say in the LOE?
