the option C(when the income during last 12 months is 0$)

hi everybody
my wife has called the CIC,she asked them if she is able to sponsor me even if she isnt working,they said,yes,of course,unless she isnt under welfare,or taking money from the gouvernement as social help,
well,in one of the forms ,they ask,to put down,your income during last 12 months,my wife wasnt working last 12 months,so she hadnt any income,,,her mom was supporting her,
i told her about the option c,and she said,she had another paper instead,from the gouvernement,saying that she didnt pay taxes,because she wasnt working,,,
so do you guys think,that could be an issue for our application?please i need your help

From what I know, no minimum income is required for PR family class. If your wife does't get any help from government, she can sponsor you.

yes exactely,she isnt getting any help from the gouvernement,and as i said,she already called the CIC there in canada,and they were really nice with her,they told her she doesnt have to work to sponsor me,,,
