hello guys
i have got my ielts results
L6.5
R5.5
W5.5
S5
OVERALL 5.5
what is the minimum band score required ? some say it is 6
but canada accept Basic proficiency
i think 5 band equals to moderate because it is described like this in IELTS form .

please tell me if i can qualify . i get bachelor . work experience . 25 y old and everything else is perfect
