and how to go with the proceedings in Canadian high commission in ISlamabad Pakistan

There's no way to check the authenticity of the LMO. However if you paid the agent in exchange for getting the job and never interviewed with the employer - the LMO is probably fake.

You need to send the application to London.

Also, it should be an LMIA now, not an LMO.
