Hi, I am trying to apply for study permit for my minor son. He is holding visitor record till now and now I am applying for study permit instead of extension of visitor record. I am able to validate IMM509e form after filling. But while uploading I am getting below error. I tried different ways but still getting same error.

Can someone suggest me on this.

Hello! How did you overcome this error? I'm facing this issue and I've tried pretty much all options like browser, internet, device, PDF software etc. Nothing seems to work so far.

Hi, I downloaded the new form to a different laptop and tried validating and submitted again. It worked.
