The embassy back home is asking is to pay the right of permanent residence fee and at the same time asking us to provide them with more copies of our recent contacts,skype and phone and ect....... what does that mean?

They probably just want to make sure you guys are still communicating and keeping in touch, so they want proof of that. As for the RPRF fee, you should pay that fee as soon as possible, it's for your wife's PR.

How do you guys show proof of communication? Providing a printout or bringing a device?
We use free calling on Facebook and chat on Facebook. I'm not sure how to print everything. Do I have to??? Too many private stuff in there man. Should we use something else?
This is the first time we're ever apart. We always lived close from each other and lived together after 1.5 years of dating and we didn't heavily rely on indirect communication.

you may attach the travel docs, pics, call logs(Ask you Network provider for that), phone bill , chat messages etc etc... The more you show the stronger bond the beneficial for your case. It seems a red flag to me if they have asked for more communication proofs, you should put it on highest priority to clear your relationship position at your VO.
