Hello guys, I have a problem. and I need your advice.
6 months ago on May 2016, I created EE profile and I was this time single and I got 423 points. I got married and I add my wife besides I have a master degree from Canada. And I figured out that I did some mistakes and fixed them.
after I updated my profile, it has never updated. For 4 months I am contacted CIC to solve the problem and they have never fix it. The systems still treats me as I am still single. After I read about the updates of Nov 19, 2016. I decided to withdraw the profile and create new fresh one. Surprisingly, the system gave me the same points again and no update happened although I was so careful to put everything correct this time. The system did not add points for my education in Canada and didn't add or remove any points coz I got married.
Any advice on how can I fix this?
I suspect something, there is a question "Have you applied for EE before?" Answered YES
Do you think that this answer grabbed my old profile again instead of creating a new one?
Any way, I have changed it to "NO" and the result is still the same. Any advice?
