I'm getting a little confused / concerned that I might not have everything I need in the placed it needs to be.
I have submitted (April) an spousal application at the https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ portal - it shows there as something that I'm able to download.
I can view the application at the tracker at https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/
But I am unable to add it to my GCKey account at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
What is the difference between the GCKey account tracking and the IRCC Tracker URL? Are there items that will not appear in one but will in the other?
