hello,

I was questioned by the Immigration Official when I was just landing in the Montreal airport, how long will i stay and visit Canada, I let him known that roughly about two months (as visitor), but my visitor visa allowing to stay up to maximum 6 months, so do I need to follow as what he had written on the Yellow Declaration card period of days stay- 60days, so do i to follow as what it written on the card but not stamped on my passport ? Thank you.

If they stamped a date on your passport when you are to leave, that is your date of departure. It is at discretion of CBSA of how long you can You don’t automatically get to stay 6 months. Did you show return ticket?

I didn't see any date or stamped on my passport but will it be an "invisible stamped on my passport, which only can view through scanning by the immigrantion official? Thank you.

regardless of what you mentioned on kiosk or landing card..
follow the date, if there is a stamp in your passport with date
OR
if no stamps, its a 6 month entry.
