The DATE when a reference letter was issued?

Hello, guys

I am trying to get all the documents I will need to submit after I've been given an invitation.

For a reference letter from my employer,
do I need to ask my employer to issue the letter RIGHT BEFORE I submit the document?

Is it still OK even if the letter was issued several weeks earlier rather than just before I got an invitation?

I am pretty sure that I will get an invitation as soon as I submit my EE profile in that my score is high.
so I would like to get all the documents ready in advance to submit.

Or should I ask my employer to issue a reference letter once I've got an invitation?

It depends. Do you have the minimum requirement (at least one year of experience) as of the date of the letter? The dates in the letter (start date, date of issue) should reflect the amount of experience you are claiming.
