How can I be sure that the emailing fee request that I get is really sent by the authorized
(Airport Immigration Lawyers Department office in Canada) not by an impersonated one?

Others can comment but never heard of that department so maybe that is a clue that is possibly not genuine as fees are generally paid to IRCC . How are they asking you to pay , how much and what is the job ? If you Google this there are plenty of mentions of same.

You can be absolutely sure that it is NOT really sent by any authorised department. This is a "419-style" scam.
