Thanks to you all who helped me through this forum. I applied for 15 days for summer vacation but graciously they granted me for 9 years. I submitted my application online on march 23 and i got passport stamp yesterday from New Delhi. My plan for journey is june 18. This is ever first time i am travelling outside india. I am 19 years old, studying at university in india. For me as a student I thought i will never be granted visa but i was wrong. I gave every document they ask fo

I had problem tracking out my passport but finally got it. Tracking number was wrong. One thing..to those younger people if you are applying for a visitor visa never say your parents etc will pay for you. I showed my bank balance of 6 laks thats around $12,000 Canadian in my account for atleast 5 months. I provide how i go that money.

Hi abashi,

Your case has given me hope! Do you mind sharing the documents u have submitted? Cuz I also thought that it nearly impossible to get a Canada visa if u don't have a travel history. Are u staying with your relatives or hotel ? And the money u showed was from your parents ? Did u give explanations regarding this in your cover letter.

Yes my parents transfer mobey in my bank account 5 months ago cuz they are paying all my university fees. So i always have good balanced of money in my account. My mother was my finacial resource supporter so she provided detail in her cover letter explaining she regularly deposit miney on my account so that i can use for my education . she mentioned that she has deposit on my accont 4 laks on january so i can go and visit my uncle n aunt in c.anada.
And me too in my cover letter i mentioned about my mom transfer money for my account.
Yes me staying with maternal aunty. Dhe sent me invitation letter

Have few more questions, if u don't mind answering.

Did u show any proof of relationship with your maternal aunty ( like pictures or anything) ?
I have an invitation letter from our family friend but haven't given any proof.
Also, did u buy tickets prior to your visa approval?

Yes her canadian passport and bith certificate and my mom passport n birth certificate as proof of relationship

No ticket bought but explain that once visa is granted i will buy. Go to google.ca and get flight itinerarybonly

Just coming back from vfs office Delhi, and I got 10 years multiple entry. Wow!!
Submitted my application on 28th march
Decision made on 6th march.
