Try the link a few pages back in the family class section.

when the security certificate pops up just click goto website anyway and itll take u to it, its a trusted site by a trusted person. and so far it only works if u can log into ecas to begin with.

It shouldn't give any errors now, and also will track your e-CAS even if you can't access e-CAS yet, and tell you when it starts working.

I have been receiving false notifications from the service lately. Not sure if thats how it should work..

What could be responsible?
