i got the visa today by post.
do I have to take visa for going to USA from India or can it be taken in CANADA, PLEASE ADVISE.

Congratulations, with the status of PR of Canada you can take US visa from Canada also, otherwise these days visas are issued fron native countries only

i am from delhi/ where are you from
you should be receiving your ppt soon
I sent ppt on 4th march
plan to attend CIIP and lets see what they have to say for GP's in canada. i plan to visit soon and make an assessment of the situation there.

Big Congratulations. Strictly advise you to take it from India as you might get it for 10 years multiple entry but if apply from Canada then less duration US visa will be given.
