A good friend of mine had recommended me to watch a bollywood movie Lagaan (English version).

I like to watch true story movies and therefore just wondering to confirm from some valued Indian members of this forum if it is a true story bollywood movie?

I dont care if Necters back...but people were so rude and nasty to Necter.....was sad to see that happening....even now he is back they are venting venom....thats bullying....give this guy a break...

I was neither rude nor nasty to Nectar - I, along with many other forum members, were asking him to link proper sources for some of his sensational "breaking news". He continually refused to link any sources, so it is therefore very reasonable for us to treat his information with extreme scepticism.

Also, some of his information is contradictory and he never seems to justify the contradictions either.

However, what DOES disappoint me is the way Nectar has chosen to do this. He makes a big announcement saying he is leaving, then after supposedly getting 85 PMs he makes another big announcement saying he is back. To me this is a publicity stunt to generate popularity for himself, and is wholely unnecessary.

He'd probably make a great politician, but he's never struck me as being a very open or honest person here, and as such he's going to get the same very sceptical reception from me, and I think a good deal of other forum members, until he starts rolling straighter dice.

Post-June 26 applicants r on high priority over pre-june 26 applicants hence his status! Now add to this quick background/security checks, and this would automatically result in quick processing! But he still gets in que for UK nationality applicants. And I still don't see any racial discrimination here!

Mian Kamal , Wayne is post 26 june applicant. Its still so early for him to be in process as many many pre 26 june applicants have not even received 2nd AOR yet. I am the same. My guess is he will get his medicals sooner or later as security checks are easier to clear from England.

In our cases we can just wait and hope.....

Post-June-26 applicants have a different, probably faster, PROCESS than pre-June-26 applicants.

We have to spend 2 months gathering document before we can apply, but in return for this we skip the 120 day phase at visa office and the eligibility review.

But that's not the same thing as getting higher priority. I believe pre and post June applicants which get to background/security/medicals stage receive the same priority once they are there. They just get processed in arrival order. Many pre-June-26 applicants at London got medical requests whilst my application sat waiting to go into process (which for post-June-26 applicants is background/security/medicals). That doesn't suggest to me that I got any priority over them.

CIC designed the post-June-26 process to be faster and cut dead waiting time - I am unsure why pre-June-26 seem disappointed that it's working?

Yeah but you'd literally have to go back in time and gather all your documents before applying to gain any benefit from it

Most would consider me an end of August 2010 applicant, but in reality if you include all my document gathering prior to applying I am really an end of June/start of July applicant!
Yes it does cut some time out with CIO doing the eligiblity review (which they seem to be doing faster and faster now - just 60 days for some applicants, we had to wait 110).

But I remain convinced that once at the background/security/med request stage - pre-June-26 and post-June-26 receive the same priority and are just processed in arrival order.
