TFW working as a steward and being offered a supervisory position

hi all, i'm a TFW here in canada for 1 year and a few months as a steward. my employer is offering me a supervisor position. NOC code 6315 - skill level B (cleaning supervisor).

our problem is, we are not sure how to go about it.. so my questions are..

what's the best thing to do in order to get the position? Below are the options we found:

1. Arranged employment/Labour Market Impact Assessment process - cic site

2. Hiring Skilled Workers and Supporting their Permanent Residence - esdc site

I hope someone will be able to shed some light..

option 1. Or dual-intent LMIA.

Either way, your employer will need an LMIA for the position before you can start work in the new job, unless you hold an OWP.
