TFW not qualified for AINP

hi to all

this is my case Im a TFW for almost 2 years now and im planning in applying for PR but my NOC code is not eligible for the AINP and federal category is there any other way i can apply for PR?
My employer will try getting me a new LMO early next year

the process goes... TFW (low/semi or skilled) then AINP or PNP with the sponsorship of your employer then PR.
Skilled TFW then Federal Category route for PR.
