Good morning! I just want to ask if someone can know about the new rules of caregiver program here in canada. Im under with work permit as tfw can i change to a nanny if its possible without any experience as in a caregiver.i dont have certificate or any school for any courses for caregiver, course. what do you think if for example i can get a positive lmia from the employer what do you think if i will apply a work permit it will be possibility to refuse or granted? Please i need someone that already experience this for the new rules these caregiver program anounced the changes last nov 30, 2014? Some share comment here and opinion and need some help for this matter thank you.

Do you plan to live in your employer's home? If so, then you need either work experience as a caregiver or training to qualify. Without experience or education, you will be refused.

If ever im planning to stay out what do you think it will be granted for my work permit or you must have experience or education to qualified for a caregiver program?

There's definitely a significant risk of refusal without education or work experience - even if you live out. CIC will wonder what qualifies you for the position if you have no education or experience. To get the LMIA approved, the employer will have to prove that no qualified Canadian could be found for the role. However if you don't have any qualifications either - then CIC will ask why you are being hired and question why the employer can't hire a Canadian with no experience and no education.
