TFW Application - Rejection reg

Dear Guys,

Iam applied for TFW as on 21.04.2014 from VFS Chennai. Now the status shows as "Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 30/07/2014 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website".

No email and no tracking number. Is it rejected or not. Pls advice? Iam tensed....

If your application is rejected or denied you will receive a letter outlining the reason for the refusal.

Yes it got rejected! I received my passport and the denial letter. Reasons stated as follows:-

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for you stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

1. Purpose of Visit
2. Your current employment situation

I don't know how to handle this task.

I want to resubmit it. Kindly help this regard.

Well its hard for any one else to help without knowing details. Besides a blind re submission would probably result in another refusal.

First, try getting gcms notes giving the exact reasons for refusals so you could fix them and apply with resolution next time.

Also what details did you submit? I assume you applied for a job with LMO? Did you provide education / past experience for the same role that you are offered in Canada? Are you currently employed? Did you submit details of that?

These factors contribute to your file being refused. Questioning purpose of visit probably means VO is not satisfied that you intend to work as stated in your application.

Similarly strong ties to home country show that you would not stay illegally in Canada. Having property or good current status (job etc.) or immediate family helps with these factors.

Yes I am working as an Manager Accounts and I have 10 years experience starting my career as an Accountant. I got the Job as a Cashier (NOC 6611) from Alberta. I have submitted my relevant experience along with Form 16 from my employer while applying for VISA. I also shown Fixed Deposit around 20 lakhs. Presently working as a Manager Accounts.

Can you advise me for further process.

Though i am not very sure if it is the actual cause, but you should definitely get gcms notes.

I strongly suspect that an accountant with 10 years shouldn't be working as a cashier. The VO might think that you are just using it as a way to get to Canada and won't continue with the same job. That is my opinion. But i am sure you would get to know the details with gcms notes.

If i were in your place, i won't even consider reapplying without getting gcms notes and resolving the reasons listed to the best of my knowledge.

Thank you. But can you tell me how we can get gcms notes. I don't know actually what it is? Please do inform who will take care of this gcm notes. I am in Kerala, and do i require to pay any additional cost for obtaining this notes. My LMO will expire as on 15.09.2014. Please advice

You are a bit close on timeline for getting notes. Some people on this forum do it for free. Basically if you have any one in Canada who you authorize to obtain those on your behalf you can get those with in a month. Read the following forum. GCMS notes are the official internal record of a Visa officer individual to a particular file. They would state real reasons for refusal there i.e. they language like "applicant is going for job x, but has experience in y. Shoes assets but i am not satisfied with trip length. Hence refused". If you google the exact term gcms notes you would find many examples on this site where people have posted their notes for advice. But you would have to order them fast.

Because the rule is that your application should have been submitted before expiry of LMO
