Hi forum,

Hope you enjoying the weather.
I have my test on the 27th of May. Very soon. However, my family and I have decided to move provinces this summer.
Do you think if I update my address after the test, the CIC will schedule the oath in the new city automatically? Do you think it's a good idea to explain the situation to the agent during the interview?

Would like to hear your thoughts and insights. Enjoy the rest of the day!

It's better to complete the process in the same province, but If your move cannot be delayed you have 2 options

1-let the things as they are and come back for the old province for the oath ( my freind moved from Montreal to Regina without informing CIC , He had to travel twice ,,one time for test and another time for oath.

2-inform them by phone and change your addressee in the system so they can look for a ceremony next to your new location ( you are not obliged to tell in the interview because you can change you mind any time about moving )
