#1 - 5 (Conservatives, Liberals, NDP, Bloc Québécois and Green Party of Canada)
#2 - Yes, correct
#3 - Yes, the opposition party with the most MPs. Today, NDP is the Official Opposition party at the federal level.

the Queen is the head of state, and the G-General is the representative of the Queen.
so if both are there both are right, but choose always the Queen because the question is who is the head of state and not who is representing the queen?

Hope it helped
