I want to apply for FSW under Express Entry. I have my Test of English? Is it mandatory for my spouse to have the Test of English as well?

Depends on the score. If your EE score is above 820, you spouse who is a dependent applicant need not take the exam. If score is less than 820,then better your spouse takes up the test.

However, these assumptions might change based on CIC future draws. Say for example they invite candidates who have scores above 700.
