I would like to know full forms of terms people use here like AOR , PER , MR ( this is medical request i know) .

AOR is the mail sent from the Local Visa Office handling your country for the visa Process. it is an acknowledgement that your file has reach (that is, transferred to) them for further processing. PER ( Positive Eligibility Review) is the CIO Canada mail that your application is eligible for processing and will be sub-sequently sent to your local Visa office for further processing.

That means first one should get PER and then AOR and then MR and then PR(passport request).
