Terms of TRV (What kind is it)

So my parents applied for a TRV to visit and they got it, but I can't find any info on whether it is a single entry or multiple entry. They have yet to send their passports to get the visa stamped but we just need to know what kind of visa it is and what the maximum duration of stay will be. Is there anyway I can find this info out before the visas are stamped? Thanks.

You'll have to wait to get it to find out if it's SE or ME.

Maximum duration of stay on a TRV is six months, but this is only determined when they are interviewed by a CBSA officer at the port of entry for every visit. It can be possible they are granted shorter stays.
