Please somebody help me....... My visa will expire this 03/15/13 and WP will expire 08/16/13. Our project was terminated. Can i transfer/apply to another company?????

Sorry to hear about that. Well you can only immediately transfer/change your job if there are no conditions on your current WP that tie you to your current employer.jijivillamin said:Please somebody help me....... If there are, then you need to find another employer who is willing to provide an LMO for you to apply for a new WP. And you need to do this before your WP (and hence residence) expires 08/16/13. Note that you are not allowed to start working for a new employer until you get your new WP.
