Temprory resident visa processing time for a spouse of a foreign worker

Hi,

What is the processing time for a temprory resident visa application done from India ?

My spouse is under closed work permit and I would like to stay with my spouse as a dependant.

How many days will it take for me to receive the trv.

Kindly let me know the factors that may influence the visa approval.
