Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I want to apply for a job in Canada. But before that I want to know about some issues. I have some quarries regarding the "Temporary Worker Visa" issue. The things I want to know about are:-

1. Is a Bangladeshi Citizen is eligible to get Temporary Worker Visa?
2. How much time it takes to complete the task about getting the visa, if a employer want from labor market?
3. About the payment (Salary), is there any particular pay scale?
4. For a foreign worker, how much tax have to pay?
5. If a particular worker wants to switch the job to another place for same kind of job, is there any binding issue??

Please let me inform about all my quarries.
Regards,
Md. Monsur Helal Masum

1. If you have a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer has obtain an approved LMIA - then yes, you can apply.
2. The LMIA process typically takes 4-6 months. It then takes another few week to months to get the work permit.
3. For the LMIA to be approved, your employer should be paying you at least the median wage for your occupation.
4. Depends on how much you make and where you live.
5. You cannot switch employers using the same work permit. You need to obtain a new work permit if you want to change employers. To get a new work permit, your new employer needs to obtain a new LMIA.
