Temporary worker visa for a training

Hi, I'm Janina from Dominican Republic.
I had a job offer from Canadian bank and I need to go to Canada for a 6 week training. After that I might go back to Dominica Republic.
The temporary worker visa is the one for me, or how will be the process?

TRV (tourist visa) if you are going for training purposes. Not a temporary work permit - you don't qualify for a temporary work permit.
