Can anyone shed any light please?

I am the principal applicant currently not in employment.

My spouse's occupation is on the NOC. I was wondering whether it would speed up our application if my spouse was to apply for a temporary working visa, both of us go out there and work. Would CHC take into account that we are in employment there and speed it up even though we were to go out on my spouse's temporary visa?

thanks

I don't think it would speed up your FSW application but your spouse as a skilled worker on temporary permit could probably qualify to apply for PR through PNP once you are all in Canada and so you can put in that application and see if it's faster. Other people have done it. Whichever gets to medical stage faster, you cancel the other one.
