I am transferring the Calgary office of my current company. Lawyers are preparing all the documents for me that I'll need at the border. Apparently, I just show up to the border with my documentation and ask for a temporary work permit.
Has anyone been through this process before and do you have any advice?
The lawyers said since it's a transfer there is no need for a labor study.
