Temporary Work Permit still waiting

Hi All,

I am from the Philippines still waiting for my work visa. I completed my medical examination last week. I am a software consultant and as per my employer my skill code/noc code is 2171 as software consultant who is declred in LMO as skilled worker already. As a skilled worker what is the best way of getting my family. Is it alright to process their applciaiton now while I am here in the Philippines or it is better if I am already in the Canada and process everything.

Is it right that I can apply spouse open work permit for my husband and TRV for my 8 and 5 years old kids.

yeah you are right

You can apply for open work permit for your husband.

For your kids specially the older oner, you canapply for a study permit to enroll them in school there.

It is not a matter of which is better.

But you can process their visa application before you get your visa.
