Temporary Work permit restrictions

I am on a temporary work permit in Canada and my work permit mentions the following clause:

"Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution, or taking any academic, professional or vocational training course"

I am planning to study and sit for the CFA exam during my stay in Toronto. Does the above clause mean that can't pursue any professional training course in Canada? Also I have been accepted into an online learning program by HBS, for which the exam will be at a pearson vue learning centre in toronto. Can I pursue that as well?
