Temporary work permit for PostDoc

Hi everyone,

Very soon i am applying for temporary work permit visa at Islamabad, Pakistan. I want to know if there is anyone who have applied for this visa recently and would like to share his/her experiences.

However, i have few questions to ask beforehand.

1. Is it online application or Paper application?

2. What documents do i need?

3. How long it takes to get the permit?

Hi.. I think the online application is easy to fill. Here are the steps and requirements:-

1) Employment References: - If you have any past work experience then you can ask for the reference letter from your boss, Else you can ask your new employer. I have used from my previous employer.
2) Employment Records: - If you have- Then include appointment letter, pay stub
3) Employment Contract: send- Your employer must send you the contract with the employment number
4) CV
5) Digital photo
6) Passport (Old, New and with all the visa stamps)
7) Your qualification documents

Along with above documents you also need to fill application form IMM1295E and family information form.
Submit the scan copy of all these Documents. Rest you can check the list of documents through the eligibility tool. I hope this helps. Best of luck
