I'm applying for a Temporary Work Permit through an LMIA, and it asks for my employment history of the last 10 years, and it also asks to provide employment records (including a reference letter from each of these employers). The problem is, for my firts two employers I have nothing to prove I worked there and the companies don't even exist anymore. Even without these two jobs I would still have enough experience (with reference letters and everything) to prove that I can perform the job described on the LMIA.
So, do I really have to provide records for these firts jobs? Should I list them at all?
I mean, if it were an Express Entry application I wouldn't even want to claim points for them, I would propably just list them under personal history. It's strange that for a Work Permit I would have to prove I worked in something that is not even related to the LMIA.
