Hello Friends,

I want to know the possibility of getting Canadian visitor visa. I am 37 years old from India. Below are the details about me.

1. I am 37 years old. working in an American Telecom company in India.
2. I am married and have a 5 years old school going son.
3. I have a decent cash deposit in my accounts i.e. approx 10000 dollars.
4. I have arranged my financial documents i.e. Payslips , bank statements, Tax return etc.
5. My parents own house and agriculture land in India.
6. I have already visited Dubai, Thailand and Europe on Schengen visa.

I am planning to visit alone in March18 for tourism purposes.

Kindly suggest on any possibilities of getting visa with my current conditions.

Hi,

It is not possible to guess whether or not you will be granted a TRV. It would depend on your strong ties + purpose of visit + financial situation + how well you prepare your application.

1. I am 37 years old. working in an American Telecom company in India.
Since how long have you been employed at your current employer? Can someone else at your workplace manage your work responsibilities?

3. I have a decent cash deposit in my accounts i.e. approx 10000 dollars.
Would you be able to prove the source of this cash deposit + have you paid taxes on it/does it reflect in your ITR?

4. I have arranged my financial documents i.e. Payslips , bank statements, Tax return etc.
Not sure if you have incorrectly used the word 'arranged'. Are these documents genuine and can they be cross-checked by IRCC, if required?

5. My parents own house and agriculture land in India.
Your parents' property assets cannot be shown as your own.

6. I have already visited Dubai, Thailand and Europe on Schengen visa.
Only the Schengen visa could help. It would depend on why you visited the Schengen country/countries and for how long.

I am planning to visit alone in March18 for tourism purposes.
Do you have a Canadian host? For how long would you be visiting? Has your employer approved your vacation + confirmed you would have your job when you return?

Cheers

Hello Brynna,

First of all Thanks for response. Below are the answers to observations.

1.Since how long have you been employed at your current employer? Can someone else at your workplace manage your work responsibilities?
I have been working here for the past 8 years in this organization and my colleagues can take care of my work in my absence.
2. Would you be able to prove the source of this cash deposit + have you paid taxes on it/does it reflect in your ITR?
Yes, I am regular Tax payer and this also reflect in my last 8 ITRs.
3. Not sure if you have incorrectly used the word 'arranged'. Are these documents genuine and can they be cross-checked by IRCC, if required?
" Arranged" means i have gathered these documents and are genuine. These can also be checked by IRCC if required.
4. Only the Schengen visa could help. It would depend on why you visited the Schengen country/countries and for how long.
Visited Europe for 15 days. Sole reason was tourism only.
5. Do you have a Canadian host? For how long would you be visiting? Has your employer approved your vacation + confirmed you would have your job when you return?
I have friend in Canada but i would pay all of my expenses at my own. Planning to visit for 15 days. My employer approved my vacation and it is confirmed that i would join my job after return.

Thanks
