can anyone please help me what is the conveneint way to take money from UAE to canada.
i am planning to leave in first week of dec and want to take money (70K canadian dollars) with me as well.

Better to check first what is the allowable amount you can carry while entering Canada.

You can bring in funds as much as you want but you would have to declare it at POE.

I don't know if this is possible with the UAE, but I use Paypal to transfer funds between Canada and home. I still have a bank account there and use it buy gifts for my family. You can also load the money into the Paypal account and close the bank account back home.

Paypal's exchange rate is far, far better than any banks. They charged me 1% on my last transfer.
