HEllo Everyone,

I am Canadian PR holder. I got married in December 2017 and want to apply for temporary visitor visa for my father and mother from India. The issue here is;
My father already got rejected couple of times in past, when he applied tourist visa on his own not my behalf earlier.
My Grandfather and Grandmother are also here in canada. And Immigration office mentioned earlier that my father can stay in Canada. Any help or recommendation when I apply this time on my behalf for their visit.

Thanks

Not quite sure what getting married has to do with the story. Are your grandparents citizens? PR? You may want to consider trying for a supervisa if you qualify given your parents past refusals. It will be more dependent on your income versus theirs. These are only temporary measures and they can not stay permanently. If you want your parents to stay in Canada permanently you must apply to through PGP so they can become PRs. You will need 3 years of qualifying income to enter the lottery. It is closed for this year but if you qualify you can enter next year.

Thanks for update @canuck78 , not permanent, it will be their visitor visa only. I have good income and my grandfather and grandmother are PR. Do i need any explanation letter for making my file for positive ?

Your parents would want to demonstrate exceptionally strong ties to India + a short, finite visit + good financial situation.... to overcome the 'Family ties are strong to Canada than to India' reason
