I work permanently for an engineering company and I was transferred to another province (BC) from Alberta for a temporary work assignment for a year. I also still maintain an apartment in Alberta.
Question:
1. Can I still apply for provinicial norminee in Alberta? My contract indicates that at the end of the temp work assignment I will be returning to Alberta and that my home office is in Alberta.
