I have a concern about my dependent child who neither has a permanent residence permit nor is a Canadian citizen. Is their a special method to apply for a visiting Visa for him knowing that I am a Canadian Citizen. Many thanks in advance.

Why are you not sponsoring the child if you are a citizen? No special method. You apply for a TRV.

No special method. You follow the same TRV application process.
