I applied for my work permit on Sept 24th and as everyone knows it's taking more than 2 months to get the work permit. I planned to go home and booked my flight for Dec 29th, I didn't knew it will take that long. I am wondering if i can apply for TRV now or do I have to wait for my work permit?
