hi, I am wondering what the odds are of my wife being approved a tr visa to come and stay with me once we have submitted an outland pr application.
My biggest concern is that she has nothing tying her to her country ( she owns basically nothing, no house, no car ) and even though she will of course return so as to not ruin our pr application I dont see how we can prove her intent to return. Is this a huge problem? I would also appreciate any advice on possible ways to get her here. Would a job offer be a possibility and then apply for a work visa? Thanks

Not being able to show ties to home country is major. No work, no money, even more. Ours was rejected. Chances are very very low to be successful after marriage without those ties. I do not know how she would get a work permit in such case.

She needs a letter from her boss giving her a set amount of time off, and stressing that she is expected back. Show proof of bank accounts and a lease/mortgage as well, if any.
