Temporary resident visa renewal

Hi everyone!
My visa will expire on 29th December this year, i already applied for the extension of my work permit but until now i dont have it yet. Based on the website one of the requirements is the work permit to renew your visa. How is that possible if i dont have mypermit yet. Pls guide me what to do. I hope there is other way so i can renew my visa before it expires..thank you

You need to have your physical permits because it needs to be scanned when you're applying for TRV.
