Hi ,

I am a PR and i got married recently in India and my wife is still there.

I wanted to get her here on a Temporary Resident Visa and then apply PR Inland Application and she will also get her Open work permit.

So i submitted a TRV online application and it got rejected.

The reasons why it was rejected was as follows;
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

Family ties in Canada and in country of residence and Purpose of visit

Kindly guide me of what to do next steps to get a TRV so that i get her asap here and then do a inland application.

The reason for not doing a Outland App is basically she has to be there at her house or in my house and the situations are not great at this moment for her to be their and i will be here.

Can i re-submit the TRV if yes kindly guide me of how to satisfy the visa officer on the above refusal points.

Thank you

Unfortunately it's probably unlikely a TRV will be approved. You can certainly try again and try to provide stronger proof of her ties to her home country. (Is there any additional proof she can provide?) However CIC has correctly guessed she has plans to remain in Canada long term and she will most likely be refused again.

I would start making plans to apply outland. This is most likely what you're going to have to do.
