MY PASSPORT: BANGLADESHI

I submitted the for TRV through online application, and here is my timeline:
Confirmation of Online Application Transmission: October 13, 2021
Submission Confirmation: October 13, 2021
Correspondence Letter: November 16, 2021
Original Passport Request: November 17, 2021
However, I was not sure about how to send the passport but after a lot of research, I sent my passport through normal courier special delivery today. Inside the envelope there is my original passport, consent form, original passport request letter, and the payment I did to VFS account(account details from vfs website uk, amount: £18.35). However, I don't know what the money i sent to VFS is for because I have also paid an additional 14 pounds to the local courier service to send it to VFS Office. Did i do anything wrong? When can i expect to get my passport along with the visa stamp back?
