Temporary Resident Visa - Help

Hello Everyone!
I hope everybody is having a good time
I have a question regarding a Temporary resident Visa. I am foreign worker working for a company in Canada. I recently got my Work permit renewed with them and wants to apply for Visa as my previous visa got expired. I have an account in my CIC where I start filling out the questionnaire for temporary resident visa (I have passport of India) and I am stuck at one question which I am not sure about, if anybody knows about it please help me.
The question is: Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? Should i say Yes or No here? I did have my permanent residence application in process but are they asking about if I got approval for PR? I am confused.
Any help will be highly appreciated

You'll have to tell us how you applied for PR (through which stream) and where your application is in processing (i.e. which stage it has reached).

I applied for Federal PR through provincial nomination program (Saskatchewan) in November 2016 and got my file number in January 2017, the status of my file says "In process". They recently asked for Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) again. That's all
