Hello,
I am living in Canada (PR) and want my family to visit me (Parents, Sister and Bro-in-law), I got a few questions i'd like to be clarified please:
Should we include all of them in 1 application (Father being the main applicant) - would I be able to include my bro-in-law in the same application..
Or should we make 2 seperate applications? (1 for Parents, and 1 for sis and bro-in-law)? or do I have any other option?
If I decide to have 2 seperate applications (1 for Parents, and 1 for sis and bro-in-law), for form IMM 5654 (Family Composition) where the main applicant (in this case my Father) lists all his children.. should he say "YES" or "NO" for "DAUGHTHER ACCOMPANYING TO CANADA?" .. if he selects YES and if her application is seperate with her husband, would the documents look imcomplete.. or to be clear, should he say "NO" since their applications would be totally different.. Note that all of them will be travelling together and will be with me for their entire visit.
Another option I see (which I really dont want to use) is having 2 seperate applications (1 for my parents and sister, and 1 for only my bro-in-law). The reason I dont want this option is because if for any reason my parents dont get the visa, id still want my sis and her husband to visit me.. on a side note: can my sister be included in my parents application now that she is married and living with her husband? please advice and clear my confusion.
thanks
